Love Our City is a national movement that was born out of Tampa, Florida. It gathers businesses, non-profits, community residents and faith-based organizations to partner together to serve their communities with thousands of community service projects. These projects meet tangible needs while also boosting volunteerism, morale, appreciation, and compassion in communities.

God moved in a big way this year for Love Our City. We were able to serve 500+ families this year. We want to thank all those who prayed for us and served. 

Here at Midlothian Baptist Church, we saw a need in the community and wanted to better serve to people who live in it. Starting this year, we will be serving the community in a way we haven't before. September 30th through the October6th, we will be doing various projects from feeding our teachers, playing bingo at a local nursing home, to giving a small gift to our mail carriers to delivery drivers and meeting this tangible need in our community. We hope you'll join us in these projects and in prayer for what God is going to do.
